About this Site

The Motive Art web site promotes art that has a social conscience. It is not a style, but a belief. A belief that artists can play a much bigger role in helping to make the world a better place. Motive is about how art can make a difference in our world. Artists don't just make a statement through their work, they make an active commitment to change by donating their time and their work to charitiy. Want to know more about it?

There is a thread on our forum that talks in more detail about Motive Art and what it is all about, you can find it here

How can you help?

Start with Art!

You can get involved by finding a social issue that is close to your heart, then the question that you would need to ask your self is how can my art address this issue? Or if you are not an artist perhaps you know artists that you can ask to become involved.  MotiveArt would like to be a part of raising awareness of the issue as well as the art.
We invite you to create your own idea and then go to our Forum and see if we can get together to help one another.

But you don't have to be an artist, you just have to care.

It's art for life's sake.
